About This Project

This website was created and is maintained independently by JC as an educational project. It is designed to help individuals, caregivers, and professionals better understand the structure and availability of services offered through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and MassHealth.

Information is based on publicly available regulations, state-issued guidance, and illustrative, fictionalized scenarios created for educational purposes — no real client, family, or provider is depicted. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, provider, or company.

Important: This site is informational only and does not replace official agency guidance, legal advice, or clinical recommendations. Always confirm details with authoritative state resources.
